Diverse Leaders Network empowers thousands of young people from marginalised communities and underrepresented backgrounds to unlock their academic, leadership and career potential. We tackle three key barriers to social mobility: limited career awareness, underdeveloped employability skills and lack of access to meaningful work-related opportunities. Through strategic partnerships with employers, we drive real, lasting change while helping organisations build authentic, long-term relationships with diverse future talent. Here are the different partnership options.
Our comprehensive curriculum spans from Key 2 to Key Stage 5 (aged 7-19), designed to break down the barriers between young people and STEAM industries by increasing careers awareness, leadership abilities and access to diverse professionals and work-related opportunities.
